On a general note, Hull City fans do tend to feel sorry for theirselves! As much as Big Sam may be arrogant, he was merely stating that should West Ham take their chances on the day, which they will no doubt create, then they will have enough to beat us. Nobody can deny that this staement is a fact. He then goes on to basically say that 1-0 will not be enough because he cannot see Coventry beating Southampton and that they will have to score 3 - hence the comment "its by how many that is the question". Agree that it should be an incentive for our team to perform well against them though.
NB just needs to set up a team that can park the bus and hit them on the break. The longer they go without scoring the more they will throw everything forward leaving gaps for the likes of King and Fryatt to exploit. If we could get an early goal the pressure on them would multiply. Here's hoping.
