Today is the 10th anniversary of David Rocastle's tragic death at the age of 33.

Although he will always be remembered as a legend of Arsenal where he enjoyed such great success, I will never forget the time he spent at City in the 97/98 season, making 11 appearances and scoring 1 goal for the Tigers.

    RIP Rocky

He was a great player and came across as an all round gentleman - a true credit to the game and it was fantastic to see him playing for us. It was a pretty bad time for City but he gave us all a much needed boost. The highlight of his time with us was probably the away game at Newcastle in the league cup (or whatever it was called then) and he certainly didn't look out of place against a team that was doing well in the Premier League at the time.
