    To be fair he's proven he's a good player at this level in an appalling side. If any manager could control him it's Neil. Could be like Taarabt in QPR's promotion season. I'd approve.

    I don't think it'll happen because of how much colin hates the guy. If it does, I will lose even more respect for colin (if that was possible) not because he is a bad player but because he has gone back on his word

    Isn't his agent the one that Bates has a particular disliking for? I can't see this happening somehow.

    I'd say this would be the least likely signing we could possibly make.

    Bates has said he'd never do business with Willie McKay.
    Warnock has called him less than a sewer rat.

    Yet there's a strange credibility to it. Like we're on an active recruitment drive to get the biggest ****s in the footballing world here at Leeds... and I like it!
