Think my five year old nephew could have scored it. The game kind of reminded me of our games - All the possession, hitting the woodwork - twice! missing a penalty and then conceding in the last minute. <doh>

I saw how awful Valdes was yesterday though ... He made so much mistakes. I'm glad they won just a shame they done it that way. Was fairly boring to watch I thought after a while. And like Zingy said we've beat chelsea already ... let's hope it continues in the FA cup final <ok> :D

Although I think Torres is a massive knob for leaving us, that goal was far far from easy.
Having to dribble the ball 60 yards, in front of 100k fans, with only the 'keeper to beat? Many would have missed. Arjen Robben in the WC final?
It was like an ice hockey penalty.
I think Torres has always been good at those chances, though. He scored the Euro winner when clean through from quite far out, and the one against United at OT.
But then again he did make a hash of the one at OT this season.

I was listening to The Wall in my car a mere hour ago. Good too. So, there appears to be a bit of resentment out there that Chelsea did all that it took to win last night. I can speak from experience how much more enjoyable it would have been for them to take on Barca at their own game and get their arses kicked. That is the correct and noble way to go, how dare they fight like dogs to earn a place in the final? Don't they realise that the television viewer demands to be entertained?

I'm partial to a bit of Napalm Death whilst preparing the vegetables for sunday lunch! ..... the weekends wouldn't be the same otherwise.
