    The owners have come out and said that even if they don't win the league Mancini will stay as manager next year.
    Great move IMO hopefully they have been looking at Chelsea and realised that chopping and changing all the time does not work.
    The vote of confidence will also boost moral in the camp leading up to Monday's game.

    Yeah, clubs sack managers way too quickly these days. Doesn't allow the players or coaching staff any continuity as each new manager wants to change things - including personnel.

    Personally, I'd be delighted if Pardew remained our manager for another 25 years, as that would mean he'd hopefully brought enough success to club for the owners to want to keep him tha long.

    Unless they get Mourinho there is no point changing Mancini.


    Same here, Pards has shown he is good enough to do a long term job. We will rise and fall but he has proven himself and so have the rest of the staff.
