I've been editing stats for a while, and I declare myself an expert at it.

Krul wont be and shouldn't be an 84-85. To get that, pretty much all his goal keeping attributes including kicking would need to be in the 80;s.

Here's what I've given Krul IMO

Reflexes - 85
Diving - 83
Handling - 80
Positioning - 77
Kicking - 69

Overall - 81

 

Having a look at all your ratings mate, you cannot just make up ratings for players. It's not about just giving a player an overall rating, it's the number that's generated after all the individual attributes have been decided.

If you knew what you'd have to give those players in order to get those ratings you've suggested, you'd change your mind.

 

I'm gonna put my faith in fifa (I don't know why because they're ****ing clueless) for the ratings for the next game, but my realistic ratings for all our players after I've edited them -

Ba - 82
Cisse - 81 - I haven't edited him yet and to be honest he seems pretty accurate - Credit to Fifa.
Ben Arfa - 81/82 - Can't remember
Tiote - 80
Cabaye - 81
Coloccini - 80
Saylor - 79
Krul - 81
Jonas - 79
Guthrie - 76
Perch - 72
Simpson - 75
Santon - 75

Just also another comment, overall ratings really mean **** all. Santon has loads of ability, but will only be a 75 IMO because he's still developing defensively, and defensive stats obviously mean more than other stats if you're a defender.

 

Tash, how do you document your ratings? You should make a big excel sheet so that we can all see.

Just saying I didn't choose those ratings for our players, I edited all their attributes to realistic standard and their overall ratings were generated.

I've said people can ask me how I've edited the players as in sprint speed, strength, dribbling ect.

Not many of the players have drastic changes tbh apart from Perch and Saylor.

I can't see us going up much (Maybe a couple of extra points for Cisse's finishing, FIFA ratings are based on stats and records, statistically am I wrong in thinking he's the best finisher in the league...ever?

We're already a 4 n a half star team, there's plenty of them in the Champions League. Even so, I expect us to be a bit better to play with!

When I got sick of the crappy default ratings, I edited the players to make them more realistic.

I don't understand what you mean by keep track of them.

 

Keep track of your updated stats man!

Eg. Ba has finishing of 30, so you edit it to 84. You do this for every attribute and these are presumably averaged for the total rating. I was just insinuating that perhaps you might have a big **** off spreadsheet which you use to monitor the stats you've edited.

 

rofl no mate. If I want to look up the stats, they are recorded on the game. There's a place on the game where you can see all the stats and they save when you edit them

Ask me any individual stat, i can remember all of them pretty much, but im on the game now so i can check.

 

Thats probably the same stats as i would give Andy Carroll..! (Lower overall though)

Idiot boxes on steroids are my worst nightmare!!!! do you know that children these days have no strength these days because of games? They should be our climbing trees etc. How exactly will I use these pussys when the invasion occurs? there a won't be any life boxes or weapons lieing around at the end of the streets when they come.
