unfortunately for us the better team didnt win on the day, but nevertheless excellent away support by the leeds fans, loved the section of knights or whatever they are called....
Ingredients: Cardiff,Leeds,Warnock and a potential play-off spot, but it just didn't have the intensity of previous games lads which was a bit disappointing. Many thought you would come down and spoil the party especially with Colin at the helm, but where were your customary red cards? . I think the lad Bromby's injury set the tone for the rest of the game and the vast majority in CCS really felt for the lad. Hope he makes a swift recovery. Thanks to all in attendance who supported the tribute to the late Eddie May you did yourselves proud.Good support throughout lads.
Yeah - i was down at the front and one of your stewards gave me and my mate the thumbs up for showing respect! One thing i like about warnock already is he knows exactly what to do when the chips are down!! For a start i didnt ever see mccormack and clayton coming off during the same game to bring on a winger (Webber) into midfield and an non tackler (nunez) into a game where we seemed to be needing abit of grit! But we pushed and scored Little zac thompson was impressive on the ball! and i can sort of see why warnock likes him! Either way becchios goal was worth the trip! Apart from the fecking rain
todays sunday times: 'becchio clinically converted leeds only second half opportunity' 'cardiff were the superior team'
Going against every other source which talks about a deserved point for Leeds, certainly more deserved than the one you gained at ER.
you werent at the game, we dominated, leeds didnt do much other than the goal, i remember one chance with snodgrass crossing the ball in the first half but overall its 2 points dropped..
I agree it's deffo two points dropped by Leeds United. It's nice to see such honesty from the opposition.
