How many Sheffied Wednesday fans were on the jury Its a difficult one, as she doesn't remember getting to the hotel (was on the news), therefore, through her own stupid actions, she put herself in the situation. It used to be a case that it wouldn't be classed as rape unless some kind of violence (marks/bruises) or substance had been used (like rohybnol, pretty sure thats not how you spell it) but now the female can just flip-flop/backtrack and say that she didn't give consent, even though she doesn't remember the night. Its far too easy for 2 consenting adults to have sex, and then 1 party (doesn't particularly have to be the woman) says that they never did consent to it. EDIT: just read this on bbc The "system" is flawed me-thinks.
