If QPR and Arsenal get a result this weekend and to go with a home win for Newcastle, we will take a mental edge into the remaining four games. I really hope it heats up this weekend. :)

Think we will be 4th after this week but the biggest test isn't whether we are 4th or not after tomorrow's games, it's how we do against Chelsea, Man City and Everton.

The last 3 games will be the test, but I think we can beat a tired Chelsea at the bridge and I think with the incentive of CL Football we might make City struggle at SJP like we did with United. Who knows, it might even be wrapped up before Everton. :)

So where did Lawro back Toon to lead UCL race??

As I had expected, he predicted a Liverpool win because of their current "form" too..(didn't know form is decided by your past 1 game)

He predicted 3 points for Newcastle, 1 for Spurs and 1 for Chelsea... resulting to Newcastle being in 4th position after the weekend is finished.

Can't believe I had to explain that.

If you want to know why he has a bitter view on the club, think back to when we sacked him.

Nice! We're 6 pts behind Arsenal but have 2 games in hand...Even though I don't see us catching Arsenal..but this means the race is wide open..
