The timescale is based on a calander month therefore the leap year does not enter the equation. Get your facts right before you accuse anyone of incompetency.

That wouldn't have made any difference - Ali's the madman's legal team deliberately waited until what they thought the last moment was before they lodged their appeal - 11:00pm on the tuesday and if they are right then even if May had waited till then the appeal would have still gone thro What I cant understand however is how, as the decision had to be appealed within 3 months - and as it was made on the 17th Feb and the appeal was on the 17th April that can be argued to be within 3 months - the 1st of April is more than 1 month from the 1st of March in my diary, its certainly not within the month - so May is right in my book and it is the legal idiots who are making a meal out of this - to the great pleasure of Cooper and Co

You do have to wonder why it took them until 11:00 pm on the very last day of a three month perod to put their appeal in. If I was cynical I might suspect that the hourly paid lawyers were spinning things out a bit. Mind you he is probably getting legal aid so we will get to pick up that particular bill.
