http://www.guardian.co.uk/society/2012/feb/18/fasting-protect-brain-diseases-scientists Fasting can help protect against brain diseases, scientists say Claim that giving up almost all food for one or two days a week can counteract impact of Alzheimer's and Parkinson's MON THE MUSLIMS
think that may have something to do with getting repeatedly twatted around the head tbh need more than a few days fasting for that
It was dodging punches, not taking them, that caused Parkys. If he'd have been slower, he might not have it.
Think you may be confused there old fruity Its the ones that hit home that did the damage The rope a dope wasnt such a good strategy in the long run it seems
Firstly: I only read the website because it is...readable. Secondly: the Guardian is a comic written by and for twats.
I believe the Daily Mail online, apart from being huge in the US, has a mainly female readership - because of their emphasis on lots of pictures, celebrity gossip and hateful misinformed opinions of other people. Maybe that's why you find it so readable. I'm not a fan of the Guardian btw, it's not as bad online as it is in print - but it's much too much lefty drivel that I'm pretty sure the authors don't really believe in themselves, yet still serve it up.
i fast every year and each year ramaadan comes 2/3 weeks earlier since the islamic calender is shorter, so the fasts get longer during summer caus of length of the day in summer iam gonna die in summer and so are the dembas looooool
I wouldnt worry too much mick, he will be quoting it himself on another day to 'prove' a point Its like Dev and the UN. depends on what they say about a situation. If its in agreement with Dev then his mate in the UN told him If not then the UN are a bunch of lying ****s
Is the Mail big in the USA? I notice a lot of comments from there on the articles. I read it every day as it has a lot of articles all on one page and many of them feature nice tits.
That made me LOL The Islamic calender is Lunar (based on the moons cycle rather than the Suns) and hence each year it gets 10 days shorter I personally struggle more in the winter and shorter fasts
Don't get to uppity with me, I'm one of the few people on here who is interested to read your contributions. I'm not one of those closed-minded lefty charlatans.
When Ali was first diagnosed with Parkinson's Syndrome, he went through a battery of tests, first at the renowned Mayo Clinic, then at a series of other highly respected institutions. Ali's physical exams and tests indicated a surprising amount of abnormalities, all of which seemed to be boxing related. It was found that Ali had a hole in the membrane separating the two sides of his brain. While this type of abnormality is often congenital, being punched in the head repeatedly, if not causing such a condition, can certainly exacerbate and worsen it. Further complicating matters, Ali was shown to have a series of degenerative changes in his brain stem; a part of the brain that is linked with dopamine production, a neurotransmitter that is lacking in those afflicted with Parkinson's-like afflictions. Ali's brain stem was shown to be significantly damaged, and his attending physicians, in a statement released at Muhammad Ali's behest, stated that they believed Ali's brain damage to be boxing-induced.
and have a thought for those poor Islamic ****ers in Norway who have 6 months of daylight during the summer. All look like Dot Cotton by the winter.
