Apologies if this has cropped up on other threads, but are there rumours of boycotting this game?? Ive imposed a personal boycott, as i have no intention of paying 36 quid for a meaningless game, but i cant help thinking there is talk of an official one, anybody know anything at all??
There was a fan considering not going on the radio last night, but nothing concrete, just the boo boys making noises no doubt, lets face it, it could be empty if the Leeds supporters boycott it because of Bates as well Its a pointless game now anyway, shame that our last home game is a Monday night tbh.
yep have to agree, and doubt i will be there mon night either, as it means getting time off work again, i'll just put the money ill earn insead of spending mon night, to next yrs season ticket, if they ever release the details that is lol
Should be pretty entertaining what we've got lined up that day. A few dozen of us are going in an empty part of the ground near where Bates sits to protest, unveil banners, sit in etc. The reaction of the Powers That Be will be fascinating. Gives you Leicester lot something to cheer about anyway if you see the lot of us getting dragged away by the Pigs!
I ain't going. If it was 15 quid or so I'd consider it but it's a nothing game with no rivalry and no atmosphere.
Has to be said - You always pay a bet, just like I did to a Blackpool fan today - The trick is to be clever about how you do it. I made up a certificate from a template I found online congratulating Blackpool on finishing above us then laminated the certificate with his tenner inside it - If he wants the tenner he needs to ruin the certificate. BTW I'm in the Leeds end for the Leicester game <biggrin>
Yeah see N you should of read the small print of the contract After checking it over all it says is if AKCJ's loses he has to have tigers badge for a season please log in to view this image
Ur bet with the Hull fan about who finishes higher and the loser has to have the other clubs badge as an avatar for a season
