Can't watch it, but live text commentary throughout the day on many websites. Seen a few videos of him, his opening speech etc, really surreal stuff seeing him there.

He should be locked up for life, and forced to do hard and humiliating labour. At some point, he will realise the gravity of what he's actually dome, and that day will be when he realises he's been given a fate worse than death.

Cops should have shot him end of, the survivors have been through more than enough without watching this smug twats face day in day out. However such is the price of civilization and, no doubt we'll be hearing about his human rights in the not too distant future.

Sorry marra but someone who is deaf and blind or paralysed from the neck down can still lead a full life. I know it's not for a lot of people but some people do.

I think he should be commended, he sounds like he's got a good shot on him.

    Then how did he post?

I've already deleted an extremely racist post from him earlier today, the prick.

People like Anders Behring Breivik do these things because there are little consequences. He come up with a half arsed peculiar motive and the jury will think he's more mad than bad, he'll get a little sentence and a bit of mental health care and would be released under a watchful eye with in no time. What they should do is put these people in to hard labor and work their back sides off for a under-privileged lifestyle until there dying day.

I have often thought in cases like this why not make something good out of something bad - put him into a sort of coma and on life support machines and match his organs to people facing death through organ failure. We could then transplant these organs as required heart/lungs/liver/kidneys/bone marrow/corneas etc whilst keeping him on the life support thereby keeping the organs fresh until required and as such lowering the chances of rejection. Once all of the useful organs have been used then the life support can be switched off and a dignified burial can take place. Obviously the people who receive the donation would not have to be told where they had come from but at least the lives that he has taken can be "balanced" by the life that he has given.

In Norway a life sentence is just 20 years, so let's say he is given 20 years... when does he get parole? after 12 years of good behavior, he'd have a good case. Maybe even 8 years, if he had good behavior.

Do it the American way (where there is not the death penalty), 77 life sentences, 15 years till he can apply for parole (max thats allowed), then just keep denying it.

Charles Manson has just been refused, he is 77, cant apply again without an appeal for 15 year, he will be 92.

I have no idea what their law is but if it is 20 years for life I would have thought it would be 20 times the number killed
