the bloke might feel a pang of guilt saying those things but i think he'd have every right to question the motives and reasons behind his rescue.

Why are certain people on here bleating about the millions (£51m or whatever the figure is ) the Allams have put into the Club being a loan - it went to pay off debts to banks, Investec, other clubs that we owed transfer money to, being a loan.. as the 'new' owners of the Club they haven't loaned it to anyone, at worst they have taken over the debt.

They will only get at best some of this money back if they intend to sell in the future.

My understanding is we're projected to lose circa £9m this year (ending July) with the current commitments and the £8m parachute payment, break even next year - it then leaves us with the final £8m parachute payment the year after that..

Clearly the trick is to get the remaining big earners of Oli and McShane and Ghilas off the books asap to free up extra funds for Nick.
