    The Answers

    1. Who made their international debut replacing their dad as a sub? - Eiður Guðjohnsen came on for his father Arnór in an international friendly for Iceland against Estonia in Tallinn. Arnór started the match, and Guðjohnsen came on in the second half as a substitute for his father on 24 April 1996. well done Siam.

    2. Which Scottish football team were named after an English rugby team? - Rangers, apparently the founders read the name in a book and liked it.

    3. Which are the 8 English towns or cities that could host league derby matches? (some not in the same division) - London, Birmingham, Manchester, Liverpool, Sheffield, Bristol, Stoke, Nottingham. well done BfB

4.For whom did Pele and Bobby Moore play together? - the Allies in Escape to victory. well done Bfb & H Bomb

5.Who was the first goalkeeper to score in the Premier League? - Peter Schmeichel

    6. Why are A.C Milan called 'Milan' and not the Italian 'Milano'? - they were founded as a cricket club by English businessmen, in honour of this they never changed their name back. another interesting but useless Milan fact is that AC and Inter used to be the same club. there was a disagreement about whether to let non Italians play, so a splinter team set up to allow them, hence the name Football Club Internazionale Milano. well done ISRMS.

    7. Two Premier league clubs have boats on their badges. Manchester United is one. Who is the other? - Man City, why two clubs from a landlocked city have boats god only knows. well done Siam.

    8. Which Midfielder/winger required ankle surgery after tripping over his dog and falling down the stairs? - our very own Liam Lawrence, I hope Malky has put him in a bungalow whilst he is here. well done on the logic H Bomb

    9. What was Robbie Fowler dressed as when he was arrested after Leeds' Christmas party in 2001 following an alleged scuffle with a photographer? - a Soldier.

10.Which football team is the only one mentioned in the whole Harry Potter series, and is supported by Dean Thomas? - West Ham Utd. a Special well done to Siam for admitting he knew the answer!!!

    Enjoy!

1 - not sure about football, but Javed was the Glamorgan father and son combination (me and dad)
7 - if you hadn't said premier league, I'd have said Portsmouth. They need something to keep them afloat.
8 - Ashly Young, he trips over everything!
