These 2 league are good to watch, i watch both of them on a regular basis. i wanted everyone's opinion on both leagues, if i had to choose which one is the best league it would be the premier league because its unpredictable, its entertaining and you don't know what's going to happen in the next game, whereas with La Liga you know who's going to win the games when Real Madrid and Barcelona play but as wednesday showed in the premier league, anything can happen.

The best 5 players (in my opinion) in the world play in La Liga, I think technically it's a far better league than the PL. I prefer watching the PL though as it's faster and like you say unpredictable.

In this country we have a massive obsession for La Liga for some bizarre reason. In Spain they couldn't give a **** about the PL, I know because I lived there for 3 years. The locals don't care one bit about it. Only the ex-pats and tourists gather to watch it, if you go inland and an English match is on, the bar is empty, and you never hear locals debating witch league is better etc etc.

For me I prefer the PL as Spanish football can be very dull once you get past the initial flair.

See the huge gap between 2nd and 3rd place? I reckon that's where 1st-6th from our league would all fit in. But Barcelona and Real Madrid are both miles ahead of any of us still, without doubt the two best teams in the world at the moment.

La Liga is maybe more for the purists who enjoy tippy-tappy football over excitement. In terms of pure quality of footballers it would have to be La Liga but the PL is by far a more watchable league even if there's plenty wrong with it.

You prefert the premierleague and everyone else on here does If their team is in it. If you supported Barca you woud be saying la liga is the best.

I personaly think that a liga is significantly better football wise but I by far prefer to watch the premiership. Tis the way it is, we watch what we ike not what is technicay the best quality, its why big brother somehow managed to run for years
