We smashed them for the whole match anyone who says Reading played well needs their heads checking they just defended well and took their chances fair play but only one team was in control it was well and truly a smash and grab. Just like we did at Leeds. Play like that for the rest of the season and well win every game no doubt at all. 3-1 is about the most unjust scoreline ive ever seen.
Not so sure we will win every game. Would love to think we will but. Make 3 mistakes like we did tonight and Peterborough will have no hesitation in scoring 3 goals like Reading did. Its all about the result now and cutting out the individual errors. Readings defence fought for their lives and looked in control all game. We made too many poor passes and straight to the opposition and 3 mistakes for the goals. We made poor defensive errors that cost us 3 goals.
Not many teams take every chance they get actually barely any teams do that not even barca this wasnt the norm what happened today. Yes at times we didnt threaten but for huge periods of the game we had glorious chances I realy dont see how they were in control when Jos and Rickie had free headers from a couple of yards out or when federice fumbled a shot milimeteres away from billy sharp.
