Fair comments from all above i must say.

King Jack - i must say that if we win our NeXT 3 games it Will still not hide alot of flaws in our game that have been exposed the last few months. We cannot cope with certain teams, and These Are the teams of similar statuer to us not the big sides like Arsenal etc. The bread and butter of this league is from 12 th place down and most of those teams now know how to play us. Its where we go NeXT that is the concern more than anything.

We keep the ball to stop opposition from scoring against us, when that fails we Are normally ****ed! Playing this way also drops us from being more attacking minded, i dont know what the answer is but neither does buck at the moment!

It seems we Are restricted with what we can do in terms of players so it needs a tactical reshuffle from time to time, something that the manager needs to figure out . Its not one thing its many small things that Are holding us back when we play similar teams. QPR were totally average when we gave them some direct football and attacked them, problem is we stand off and let other teams grow in confidence far too often,we should get after teams more but we dont. Lets make the oppositon worry a little bit more instead of playing front of them we should be trying to Get behind them,at least once in a while !

Good points. I actually didn't get that upset losing to the likes of Spurs, Everton and Toon but QPR really are a poor side imo, but much much better than us on the night. We are better than that, guys!

Let`s not forget that although Blackburn are near the bottom, they CAN score goals, whereas we cannot. Should be interesting Saturday, a team that scores a fair few against a team that hardly scores very often.

QPR fan in peace. You will be OK. I am sure you will get the few(?) points you need. We still have a lot if work to do to stay up, and based on our previous 3 home games I think we'll have enough in the tank to do it. Cisse will be back for the game against Spurs and hopefully he will complete the 90 mins! At the start of last nights game your tactics were spot on, but after 20-25 mins we sussed you out. We were patient and let you have the ball, however as I said to my son at the time, you can't score if you ain't got the ball and we did eventually start our passing game. Good luck for the run in. we're to rigid and it's easy to stop if you really want to, people mention about us beating some of the bigger sides, that's because they're not interested in what we're doing and try to win the game themselves, if teams sit back against us, it's all to easy to get at least a point like wigan(home),sunderland(home),everton(home), newcastle..... you get the picture, we have pacy winger's, but never have i seen a ball played over the top for the winger's, when teams are closing you down, the easiest way to get them to back off is play a couple of balls over the top, they'll soon drop back and then won't know what we're gonna do, but for some reason, these obvious decisions are not being made.

If defense of BR, you can only coach what you have and only play the way they are capable of playing for maximum result. It's all very well to say let's go Plan B, why don't we have a Plan B, and so on, but what we are not factoring in is does our collection of players that we acquired on the cheap while in the lower divisions and more recently cast offs from upper level clubs have it in them. Let's face it Snclair is with us because Chelsea thought nothing of him .... I wonder why? They are not dummies. They realized what we appear to be finding out - against top defenders he doesn't appear to have extra clip of quality.

BR is just like Sousa before him and Martinez before Sousa, they work with what they have, within the limitations of what they have, to make the most of what they have. I think BR knows the scope of his squad's capabilities and has adopted an approach that squeezes the most of what he has. Comments have been made about the conditioning of the squad and their mental energy and focus - perhaps we are discovering something about the athletic and mental limitations of the squad as well.

Musty - you can criticise justifiably over last night's non-performance but please show some loyalty to your adopted club.

"QPR really aren't a great team?" No, they're not. They spent a fortune on Prem journeymen who went there for the dosh, clearing out a lot of the very decent players that got them to the Prem in the first place. We kept the faith with our players and made a few astute signings without breaking the bank.

We are almost mathematically safe. They are still very much at risk of relegation - particularly as teams around them are picking up points and their run-in is shocking.

So yes. QPR are not that great. But better than us last night.

That's always bugged me why we don't drop balls over them, when they are pressing us, so high up the field! Well said Doc! Yankee good post mate, though I think our fitness levels are showing. Knackered agree QPR really aren't a great team, but we made them look like Barcelona yesterday! ......

Keeping thinking in an arrogant manner like that and underestimate your opposition and you will get turned over regularly.

Yes we've been poor this season but at the moment we are in great form coming off beating Liverpool and Arsenal at home and Hughes is finally getting the mix of the squad right. You're only 8 points above us and the season isn't really over yet is it? Our run in is actually going very well so far despite all the doom predicted to destroy us.

With Cisse and Derry back we have a good shout of staying up.

Please don't turn into Norwich fans just yet!

Good luck but maybe you should work out that a relegation threatened team will fight hard - as proved last night. Good luck against Blackburn

Rich being called arrogant by a QPR fan. <laugh> On promotion most were giving it large about how you were going to take the League by storm. How did that work out for you?

You've been propping up the League for most of the season and have the worse run-in of all those around you by a country mile. Good luck with that. You've spent more than Swansea and Norwich combined yet have been the poorest of the three by some distance. The league doesn't lie, so I'm entitled to say that. In fact you admit that you've been poor yourself so why take issue with me?

Fair play to Everton, Toon and Spurs. All had a game plan that worked against us. In all those games we played really well imo. As Rodgers said last night we 'beat ourselves' by giving the ball away far too much in the most un-Swansea-like manner and got rightly punished for it. We thoroughly deserved to lose last night's battle but I still think QPR might lose the war.

Possibly but the season is 38 games remember? And no we've hardly been propping the table up, for the first half of the season we were above you remember that? And also our run in has generated 3 good wins and thumping you again is always such a pleasure. Still, why let the facts get in the way eh?

Anyway good luck and hopefully you'll bounce back and beat some of our relegation rivals.

the question we should be asking is how long are we going to give rodgers if we carry on playing his over the top passing in our own half without threatining the opposition???? me i would give him till the end of the season and if there is no improvement then i will drive him to spurs myself......mind you i cant see them wanting him now...<ok>

You haven't been above us since the 5th of December last year, and since then have been glued to the bottom of the table, or there abouts, hence why you sacked your manager, again! So get over it, your still there 6 months later!.................<laugh>

'You haven't been above us since the 5th of December last year'

Exactly so hardly been propping the table up all season......unless of course the season started on the 4th December....oh hang on a minute....

Thats what I love about the odd 'blinkered' fan, can't see beyond hyperbole and misinformation.

Good luck, your game against Arsenal was brilliant. Just do the same against Blackburn <ok>
