Not sure if this is being discussed anywhere else (i.e. Hornets Nest), but thought it would be good to have a dedicated topic for it.

So, you can now vote for your Player of the Season as well as Goal of the Season, and you can do so by clicking here.

I was going to go for Martin Taylor as Player of the Season, as he has been great. I also like to back the "underdog" as undoubtedly Danny Graham is going to win. But then I thought, Danny Graham really does deserve it. If it wasn't for him, we wouldn't be in the position we are now (with a little help from Malky and the rest of the team of course). So I gave my vote to Danny Graham, and second place to Martin Taylor.

As for Goal of the Season. No question for me. John Eustace against Coventry. Beats that Wayne Rooney "wonder goal" against Manchester City hands-down. Had to give second place to Matt Wichelow for his goal against Preston, and third place to Andrew Taylor.

Who is everyone else voting for?

Yes, I forgot to mention Young Player. Now that is a tricky one... Is Marvin still eligible?! Not quite sure on the criteria of the Young Player award.

For young player of the year it's got to be between

    Buckley and Sordell.

Expectedly neither have played as many as the more senior players, but they've both played a big part in our play off chase.

Young player would be Matty Whichelow for me, hmm, or Buckley.

    Goal - 1) DG's at QPR - such a good team goal, 2) AT's vs Pompey 3) JE's vs Coventry
Player - 1) Danny Graham, 2) Don Cowie, 3) Adrian Mariappa

Young player - too hard! Don't know what the cut off age is but, if eligible at 22, would go for Stephen McGinn. Or Adam Thompson - very few games under his belt but looks very assured and is a full international

The fact that Cowie and Mariappa have barely had a mention just shows what a showing we have had this year. Personally I would have Graham, M. Taylor, Cowie (in some order)

Not sure if it has had a mention anywhere but it was great to see a Watford lad (and old friend of mine) Craig Mackail-Smith getting an international debut. Just to think he didn't even make the grade at our academy and got shipped off to Millwall when he was about 12...
