We were garbage. You looked pretty ordinary first half but for some reason our lot didn't look interested in scoring or getting at you at all. First time I've been embarrassed by my team's performance this season.

Good luck for the rest of the season. Going to be tight imo. <ok>

Wonderful performance from whole team, lovely feeling!!! Great goal from Joey, lucky in Mackie goal not blown offside, and a wonder strike from Buz (good thing MH didn't listen to me when picking starting XI <nahnah>)

Just had to open my Tullamore Dew, in honour of our Irish members, and take a few drinks to celebrate <cheers>

Did any of you listen the interwiev on sky after the game? Good words from Joey, saying he deserved the boos after being subbed in L'pool game, but it made him to find the form he knows he has...

Was Buz as good as he was against Wigan? Great goal!

Got it -Cheers mate. My home PC is iffy, and wouldn't work tonight. I brought the job one home in case of this, but the Company's security system kept me out of the net tv I pay for, and a few other streams, so your tip was the biz!

Thought he did really well, couple of misplaced passes towards the end as he tired but on the whole great under pressure performance all round. Thought we subdued Swansea really well. They can undoubtedly pass it well but appear to have no plan B when teams are successful at countering it. They'll definitely be fine this year but need to progress next year as teams get used to their play.

there were some concerning passes he made, just after great performances, to give ball away, but not in dangerous positions...

Well my little Swords Hoopster I am not hiding. We were well beaten and deserved nothing from the game. A good win for you, but Wigan beating Man U means you are still in the poop! It is going to go down to the wire this year.

True he gave away some sloppy passes but he showed a lot of defensive effort (which surprised me), went forward with purpose and scored a typical Buz scorcher.

    The return of the BUZZZZZZZZZ?

Respect for Manning up. It will indeed go right down to the wire.

Best of luck for the rest of the season. :emoticon-0148-yes:

Well done lads - thoroughly deserved win; we didn't deserve anything from that game - we passed pretty but you showed us how to pass effectively! Just got back from watching it in the pub and, although we had a few good chances, never looked like converting them - you on the other hand could have scored more! Very disappointed with our performance tonight, but that takes nothing away from your guys. Good luck for the run in - still think we should be safe - but just wish we wouldn't always do it the hard way!

    Congrats on a great win!

Cheers, very kind words. Congrats on a great season, well done <ok> I hoped before the start of the season that all the promoted teams would stay up (as every year tbh), now it's a real possibility, up to us now. Hopefully we'll play each other next season to.

Agree Ranger - hopefully it is something we can put right for next year, but unfortunately we have to live within our means as we are amongst the paupers of this division; we have no plan B because we can't afford the players to give us that option; but saying that I think we could afford to be more direct on occasion; but we will live and die by our footballing philosophy; it is not always effective, but when it is it is a joy to watch! ;)

Having said that, we were totally ineffective tonight and your guys were magnificent chasing us down like you did! So all the best for the run in! <cheers>

Wow! That is bizarre Black Cats, good call mate. Great result for the R's, but I wish the Swans well. They play great football and I hope they can add a cutting edge to their overall play. It's very frustrating when you can't get the ball off the opposition. I hope they can keep hold of their manager, he is top drawyer. The Swans along with Norwich have been a refreshing addition to the the Prem this season. I thought Williams had a great game tonight, and practically owned Zamora, well done to all the gratious Swans fans who took time to post on this board. It hasn't gone un-noticed.
