Fair play PGF. I have nowhere near the confidence of some of my fellow Rangers supporters. Swansea have been breath of fresh air (over used phrase, but appropriate) this season and I'm not looking forward to watching 90 minutes of a must-win game where the opposition have the ability to retain the ball for such a large percentage of it! Another big worry is that we will need to be physical in our game plan to beat you and after yet another sending off our players may be a little preoccupied with not picking up a red to carry this off. However, we all know it is winnable and if we play like we did against Arsenal we'll be grand. Especially if Taarabt is on song!
hopefully the swans players who were there last year will be scarred from the haunting memories of that scary Moroccan man who raped them last time they came here
Come on QPR, win this game. You have some old friends in Ferdinand, Onuoha and Cisse on your books. Although Cisse hasn't been much of a help... QPR 3 - 0 swansea.
He was a world beater that day, we will be very lucky to get that performance out of him again. But if he can get close to it, we could be in for a great game!
The question you have to ask yourself is why has the top player in the Championship last season underperformed in the PL this season, when other players from the promoted sides have improved? (Cue a hat trick fot Taarbat tomorrow!)
I believe he's performed a hell of a lot better than a lot have given him credit for this season. He had a couple of good games early on and was very unlucky not to have been amongst the goals, hitting the woodwork on, i think, four occasions. His form then went downhill dramatically, ending up with him being dropped for a bit. Then he was off for a little while at ACoN. Since his return to the first team his performances have improved and in some ways is developing in to a better player (tracking back!) If he starts scoring more regularly, that crazy price tag will be back and he'll probably start talking about how Real Madrid want him.
Yep, he is a quality player. Needs to be in the right environment to flourish. The change at QPR (Warnock/Hughes) probably hasn't helped and will be a better player next season.
Ive been through too many heartaches to take anything for granted or to expect anything. The swans are safe in this division beacause they are a better side and play as a team. We have mostly pushed the self distruct buttom when it really matters,so Im just hoping we dont do it again!. I hate to say it but I can just smell a draw or even a loss tonight. See you this evening R blockers!, you rr's
I've predicted a 2-1 Rs win, but to be honest, I fear we will tighten up tonight. I wish it was Spurs tonight and not Swansea as we raise our game for the so called "big boys". We have cocked up all the games we were "supposed" to win this season. Still, I'll be there, shouting myself hoarse as usual!! URrrssss!!!!!!!!!!!!1
To all those going to the game tonight please make as much noise as possible, remember the Chelsea game and how their players were terrified by the passion of our fans, Mata had to come off as he couldn´t handle it!!!. When three and half sides of the ground all sing ´come on you rrr´s´ together it is deafening and a real moral booster for our players. I expect huge performances from our boys tonight and hope the fans will do the same. Believe me I will be shouting at my laptop throughout the 90 minutes!!!. Rival fans, managers and teams know exactly how intimidating Loftus Road is when it is rocking, so let´s give Swansea respect for the way they have played this season but then we get down to business. ´Come on my team!!!´
Did I read somewhere that the Swans are yet to win at Loftus Road? Bloody hell I hope we can maintain that record. Bloody Cisse, if only he was back for this one and WBA. Feeling unduly nervous this morning and only thanks to the lumbering & usually useless Andy Carroll did I actually get a good night's sleep last night Sing up all you lads going tonight and I'll see you at the Hawthorns on Saturday
Tonight the spotlight is very much on our club, management and players. Tonight our team simply has to deliver. They will. I expect a ferocious effort from everybody. I expect passion, desire, energy, drive, committment and control. I fully expect us to keep a clean sheet and win 2-3 nil. Why, because we have to. Never underestimate the cornered rat. We are in a corner, let's be having you QPR. Let's be having you.
Swans at home, WBA away, an out of form spuds at home, stoke at home and an away trip to man city with the title already decided....how is that a tough run? Chelski away is the only tough game, but that's what they said when we played them last time.
