I had a very good Easter, thanks, I went to Manchester to take my daughter out for Lunch on Good Friday, couldn't be arsed with Millwall on Saturday, so just listened to it on the radio before going to see my mates band We Ghosts in a local pub, Sunday was cancelled due to a severe hangover, then I went to see us beat Boro yesterday. Check them out, the lead singer is Swedish, very nice... http://www.myspace.com/weghosts/music/songs/almost-alone-87018054 The Man United player who scored for us against Boro is hopefully still going to banging them in for us next season too. As will Matty, who bizarrely bought a house in Brandsburton, which is about 20 miles north of Hull in the middle of nowhere. If his missus wanted to regularly visit family in the East Midlands, then you'd expect them to buy a house in the West Hull villages, as that's where all the other City players live and it's almost 45 minutes closer than where they are now.
Matty wasnt born too far away from Leicester. In Nuneaton. Quite a few of our players (Gallagher, Wellens, Drinkwater, Marshall) all live around Manchester and stay in a hotel in Leicester during the week. Nigel lives in Sheffield and he says living a decent distance away helps by he has thinking time before he sees his family. Some players prefer to live close some dont. The media like to make a big deal over things. Josh King looked a decent player when he came here a few weeks back
Agree. Is he any good in the air? Because he's a tall and pacy lad but we'll probably be looking for a target man in the summer.
Josh King is actually a weird player to watch, he's quicker than any other player I've ever seen, no-one can get near him and any defender who lacks pace tends to end up looking like they're standing still. He's quite gangly and often looks like he's lost the ball, then somehow does some weird wiggle and manages to keep hold of it. He's great to watch, as you never quite know what's going to happen next, he won MotM yesterday, scored one and would have had two assists if our midfielders could tap a ball in from two feet out. He hasn't done a lot with his head, but then we don't know what a set-piece is, there's some 'Barmby Law' which demands that the ball never leaves the floor.
Sounds like Dany N'Guessan. Got the ability and everything but you dont know what you are going to get. He will either be brilliant or wont be able to hit a cows arse
Can I complain about this guys language please? My mum, wife and daughter all read FT, and dont deserve this bad language. In fact, I'd like him banned altogether for persistent bad language. Fookin northerners, cant string a coherent sentence together without swearing.
oooow you missed me foxy ?.personally just hoping you can stay just outside the playoffs and I can watch your on the 28th.
Warnock has only been at Leeds a short while but has brought out anew DVD. 1001 Great hacks. You must be so proud.
Thats alright. Sol Bamba is unbreakable. If Brown starts we will get Wes Morgan and Sol Bamba to sandwich him
I think Matt Mills would of fitted in well at Leeds. He struggles to stay on the pitch and cant really play football. Much like most of the Leeds players
