Amatures in charge at SAFC who have not a clue, Ancelloti should have been brought in, and half the half wits have to be cleared out before i go back, that was another humiliation like WBA, Blackburn etc i hope O NIel is not here long or am i going to be saying in 10 years time the same thing. We went downhill after selling Bent and Jones and frankly looked league 2 standard and the worst thing is the mags might make the champions league next season. Totally pathethic and we will not win again this season now, because they are not interested.

Probably because Bruce wasted most of our seasonal budget on Wickham. Everybody had a good laugh when Sunderland enquired about a striker during the winter transfer window. We were quoted over £5 million for Ricardo Fuller.

Exactly what will we **** up <laugh>

Finishing 6th instead of 4th? The fact that it's mathematically impossible for you to finish above us?

Maybe we did go for strikers in January, but none of the bids worked out?

Maybe MON decided it was worth the risk, so we would get better prices this summer? It was worth the risk imo, as we a safe from relegation which was MONs only aim when he took over from Bruce.

Then play Richarson or bring Mclean in and why no striker in January? Not after an argument but I think he got it wrong and 4-0 would suggest he did.

Are you actually being serious? Like really? We will win our majority of the games we have and we will finish in the top half. MON is a quality manager. FFS

We need a striker there is no doubt and Grant Holt should be top of our shopping list. He was superb for Norwich again today. We also need to look at the possibility of having Gyan back. If we had: Holt, Gyan, Campbell and Whickham plus Sess we would be in a much stronger position.

I think there is a bit of a knee jerk reaction to the other positions. Our midfield is actually very good when they have decent forwards in front of them. Its very difficult to make a pass forward when your only option is a tiny striker marked by 2 big CB's.

Where are the likes of Cestria and MackemsRule (whose son drives a car I've been told) nowadays?

I'm not sure what is difficult to understand. Bruce amongst a myriad of reasons... was sacked because the squad is lacking quality and depth, especially so in amongst our strikers. We have a loanee as our MAIN striker and when he is injured what do we have left?? It is common knowledge that the prices quoted during January take the Micheal and that is why there is minimal movement between ANY clubs during that particular window.

We saw today the end product of a previous manager who spent the best part of £10 million on one player that isn't upto premier league standard, he might be one day, but he isn't today, along with an injury to our MAIN striker who is ON LOAN.

To spend the best part of £10 million on a lad who isn't ready for the premier league during the new era of financial fair play rules is total and utter incompetence. Today, we saw the result of having a threadbare strikeforce for which we were unable to adjust during January due to the prices quoted for average strikers such as Ricardo Fuller.
