Part and parcel of being a big club mate, you attract fans outside your local City or even region and in our case, country. Newcastle have an estimated 3'000'000 fans world wide.

I've met very few people at home games from those areas but they do exist. I think it's far more to do with the size of Newcastle's catchment area. Northumberland is huge.

I can think of some reasons why Sessegnon may want to leave, one is probably a lack of enthusiasm about playing alongside Kevin Davies and Stephen Fletcher next season.

So, beacuse I'm Welsh, that means me and my Dad who went to the Liverpool match don't count in the attendance figures? YOU DON'T HAVE TO BE FROM A CITY TO SUPPORT ITS TEAM!!!

Also, I do agree that Sausageman and Ba would be an aweseome strikeforce, but not for you. More likely for PSG, Malaga, Juventus etc.

He is not a surplus to requirements. He's played a big part in our recent goals even though he hasn't scored any of them.

If you look at the build up play, in most, you'll find Demba Ba playing a crucial pass or getting marked by 1 to 3 opposition defenders, dragging players away and making space for other team mates.

If he was to leave, he'd go to someone far better than you mate.

If this is serious then you're really ****ing ******ed, but I expect you're just wumming.

There are Newcastle fans from around the North East. Some from those areas you mentioned, but we are not swelled by them.

Apart from Newcastle obviously, the toon is filled with people from areas like Whitley Bay, North Shields, Tynemouth, Cullcoats, which are all serious Geordie territory.

I think Demba would go to PSG if they triggered his release clause. His family live in Paris and he supported PSG as a kid. I would not be surprised if BA left as he has never been the most loyal person in his career. If BA leaves we should sign a left sided striker like Junior Hoilett and maybe a backup CF like Jay Rodriguez.

I think this will pretty much be exactly what happens in the summer. But not Hoilett, someone from the French or Dutch leagues I'd guess.

He left Hoffenheim to come to the PL, he then left WHU when they got relegated. He's not shown he's loyal to any of his past clubs, but it's no reason to back up arguments that he'd leave.

I don't think any of our players could be considered more loyal than Demba Ba really. Every players would leave in certain circumstances.

He will be sold and he will get better wages etc when a one of the rich clubs come in for him. The agent will want another pay day and he'll sharp sort out any loyalty issues in order to get the deal through. When will people learn!!!!!!

He went on strike and refused to train with his team mates when Hoffenheim originally rejected a bid from West Ham.

Benny had a problem with the manager and some of the team mates whereas BA did not.

    Serious thoughts?

You need to get out of the house more.

Try talking to real people near where you live.

You need to realise that nobody is affected by your flacid 'wum' attempts.

    Get a hobby.

    <cheers>

Well lets look at the facts - Regardless of the latest **** streams of comments saying he looks suicidal and he's miserable at the club -

He's an intelligent man, and articulate in English. He knows the fans love him to bits, he couldn't have an up front pair that he likes better. Cisse and Ben Arfa are two of his best mates.

Look at some of his latest tweets ffs.

He's always talking about Newcastle, saying how excited he is to be back 5th in table (yes i know we're 6th now but at the time we were). He said he couldn't sleep at the time, he was excited. He tweeted he wants his best mate to be a toon fan, he's getting him to listen to all the songs on youtube... which I guess are the chants and the demba ba songs ect.

At the end of the day, any striker in a bit of a rough patch goals wise is gonna be a bit disappointed.

It's been proven quite clearly he loves it here, he loves the fans.

If a good offer comes in, we could see him leave. That's football, no point in stressing over it for the rest of the ****ing season because that could happen to any of our players. All players will leave for the right offer. It is a fact that we all need to swallow.

Footballers may love the club they're at, but they all have their limits. Demba Ba is no different to any footballer.
