This bloke looks distinctly unhappy at been played out of position. A really good player/ goal scorer and a player I greatly admire would be imo the cherry on the cake and make Sunderland a force if they could get him or someone of that ilk. Serious thoughts please not just the usual abuse.

Demba 1 and 2 are a dream team. They are both very happy. Ba will be offered a new deal to keep him alongside Cisse ...

And Ba will score more goals, make no mistake about that.

It is a serious question warm. The bloke looks unhappy at been played out of position. Maybe Sunderland should test the water. Sess creating for BA would be pretty potent. At this moment in time Sess is looking for a natural goal scorer to play in, you can see him on the ball waiting and waiting for a natural goal scorer run or runs to play in. Unfortunately we haven't got a natural goal scorer. Just think martin should test the water on this guy.

nomoregeordies is right on the mark, with admirers from PSG and Tottenham, Sunderland need to at least inquire about Demba Ba. Sunderland is a dream for any player, Demba has scored in 16 goals so far and deserves to play in front of 12'000 pink seats. The top 6 isn't good enough for him I'd be well proud of Demba for attracting a club like Sunderland.

IF he were to leave it would be to a better team, not a worse one.

Sess will be moving in the Summer - he's too good to stay playing with most of the averageness of his team-mates.

Well despite all the derision and scorn. An unhappy player with a release cause in his contract must be at least worth an enquiry. I do actually agree with the poster who thinks Sess may be on his way, that is precisely why Sunderland need a quality signing in order for Sess to stay.

PS doesn't have to be BA just a natural goal scorer just BA fits the criteria and he may be free to leave in the summer. Ashley hasn't upset you lot for a few months if he did sell Ba to Sunderland he would wind you all right up again.

I have been described as someone who smiles too much but if this is unhappy then I better see my GP for I must be suffering from depression.

No offence but do you really think Sess wanting to leave (if that is the case) is solely due to not having a good strike partner?

What about lack of European football? Poor home attendances? Piss poor midfield?

You need a reality check man.

I have no idea why Sess may want to leave. On the attendances this is a real issue with me. Newcastle's attendances are swelled by people from horden, blackhall., peterlee, easington et cetera who pretend to be geordies much in the same way as rod stewart pretends to be scottish.
