After watching this week's games, and the awful decisions against both Wigan and QPR,how lucky are we that we are a mid-table club??There does seem to be a lot of bad refereeing calls against the lower teams, and, now that we are in a comfortable position in the league, does that mean that we will not suffer any more bad decisions from the officials??Will Cattermole be a marked man no longer??Recent results make it a great time to be a Sunderland fan,and long may it continue.I don't think for one minute that we have been lucky under Martin.....we have just played better, and been more of a team.
After tomorrow, just six games left then we look forwrd to next season with anticipation. Notoriously we all have short memories. Hopefully, we'll be knocking on the door of the top 6 next year; but if we're not, but still mid table, let's not forget our recent worries ... and be patient..
Heard someone say yesterday that we are the only team in England not to have had a penalty awarded at home this season.
Maybe that can be put right against Man Utd in the 90th minute with the scores all square. But knowing our luck the penalty will go to Man Utd.
Terrible decisions mate but, not because these two teams are down the bottom, look who they were playing and then make your mind up. Mine says that the top teams get the decisions so it's got nothing at all to do with luck just very poor officials who are **** scared of the top teams.
it was a shocking desisions which could have put my outher team wigan out of the PL i was so angby after the game and we whould be mid table this sason if all the refs calls had been correct....we have not ha a game changing desision go our way all season
