Has either of them being carrying an injury? (Stewart fitter than expected, or Brady not as fit?)

Has Cullen travelled with the team? (Brady with a new injury but only 16 travelled means we named him on the bench to avoid looking more incompetent than the scoreline will suggest?)

why not throw fryatt and king on and go 3 up top or something similar, season is dying lets at least go out with a bang...
not another half of possesion and 1 shot, lets show some fight and passion for it, rather lose 2-0 trying!

C'mon City! Have a go in the second half, that's all we ask for.

It's clear there is something wrong in our camp DJ. Wouldn't want to speculate what is wrong but,we are better than this.

agree, it goes deeper then out of form for me, something has just changed dramtically..#
i know its quite an even league and there are no easy games etc, but we have become easy pickings for other teams..
im dreading monday, boro need a win badly and theyl come looking for one, and i think theyl probably find one...
i dont like commenting on games im not at, but going on the last 4 ive seen and the sound of today, it seems to me that a few of our players appear to not be up for it anymore.

It's not, although losing a player of his quality is obviously a major problem.

We're also down our two centre backs who've been replaced by kids. That means the full backs have more responsibility to guide the defence and it compromises them going forwards.

Rosenior has the additional problem that a lot of his game going forwards is about pace enabling him to do it. He's played every game and his performances have slid as the month has gone on and fatigue has set in. (Dawson similar issue but his performance won't slide as much as it's more mental than physical qualities that make his good games good)

McKenna as with Rosenior has barely had a break and has been knackered for weeks yet still he plays. Evans has had more of a rest than McKenna, but with McKenna being knackered he's having to try to take up more of the work and his performances are suffering as he's stretched.

Once you hit the front 4 there's the lack of a one touch intelligent Koren/Barmby type to create chances, or a suitable lone striker, and Stewart seems to have found pictures of King and/or Barmby that means he gets picked first every game regardless of performance.

The funny thing is, Tickler will be reading all that and thinking of me as a neg head, yet I'm probably the one on here most comfortable with things because I've got it quite clear in my head from what I've seen exactly where our problems are, how we can look to solve them for next season, and I have no expectation of us going for the playoffs this season so I can calmly watch the season out (except for giving the refs ****e as my fortnightly stress release).

ive not been expecting anything since the portsmouth game in all honesty, but i still find the way we are losing very frustrating..
still no fookin shots on goal this half from what i can make out! some fans have paid good money to go down there despite it seeming a lost cause...
save your principles for the summer and next season and give the fans something to get excited about now, find a plan b, c , d or e get the ball in the mixer and some bodies in the box and at least make it look like we are interested this season even if we have given up on it.

Barmby knows whether they can handle a game fitness wise, he obviously thinks they can all handle it.

How about seeing how we get on next season rather than just a few games. A couple of wins and he is a great manager again.

Without Koren it 's looking like played 4, lost 4, scored 1 goal and conceded 8.

I'm not saying it's all Koren buy those stats are damning.
Anyone reckons he'll be easily replaced is pissed, mental or both.

i just cannot believe another game has passed by, where we are losing at half time in a must win game and we have come out at half time and not forced there keeper into one save of note..
i know i sound like a stuck record but i actually dont think disgusting is too strong a word, it really is, can you imagine blackpool or leeds being in our position and not at least having a real go...it is pathetic im afraid, whatever excuses you want to find..

This is almost laughable now, for the first time in my life I barely have the energy to be in any way enthusiastic about City.

Bad form and not winning is frustrating.. but this is way beyond that.
