for starters Nick was only on the playing staff. there are other issues in relation to that situation. but i would not rule out Jack being here next season.!!!!
Ditto, never really a good idea, possibly in a few years time if/when he's a renowned well respected experienced manager, but when he's young inexperienced and having to stamp his authority it's a concoction fit for the devil to play with.
Purely due to defensive injuries he's likely to be training with them anyway, half the reserve team's defence is in our starting lineup for the foreseeable future so having a training match would be almost impossible.
He might even get a game before the season's out! It's exciting having a real talent coming through the ranks.
finished japan 1-1 england sounds like he had a good game ! "A spell of pressure saw a shot from Max Clark come crashing back off the cross-bar before the Japanese rearguard desperatley scrambled it clear for a corner. "
seems to be left back although a rosenior style player... "comfortable on the entire left side of the pitch" Sounds like a left back that could turn out into a left winger.
I haven't seen him play but heard a lot of good stuff about him. Playing for the England U16's is no easy feat. I for one am excited about him and look forward to seeing him in the first-team in a few years time
I've never understood the length of youth matches. I mean, I understand making them shorter when you're much younger obviously but why shave only 10 minutes off of a full scale match?
