They'd be near the top of my wish list, but haven't we been told there is no money to spend? It might have been Burns doom mongering, but it looks like free transfers will be the order of the day. Another summer of watching other clubs snap up players we should be in for but can't afford. Ack =/

Apologies - but the bid was 50p so going to be rejected

Still stand by my comment - similar player to what Halmosi was - the Halmosi we bid on / not the player we got

Halmosi was a winger, Boyd plays behind the front man like Koren.

More Hull City fans doing guess work on players zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz, delusional people.

Halmosi was a player who looked good in the Championship, but way out of his depth in the Premier League(he did still look good when we played Sheff United in the cup), Boyd is a player who looks very good in the Championship and that's what we need currently, so I see no comparison.

Not that it matters, we're unlikely to be bidding for players at the sort of money required for him anyway.

Boyd would be a good player but like OLM said he may be out of our price range, we probaly would be able to afford him if we sold Koren, and the only reason I mentioned Boyd was just in case we lost Koren, Taylor on the other hand is a decent striker who has proven to score goals at this level and he is on a FREE TRANSFER in the summer, he should be looked at , he wages shouldn't be that high either as he has been playing for Posh since they was in League 1.

Why would NB and the club need to spend millions on transfers anyway even if we had alot of money ? The list of free transfers contain many players that will be a vast improvement on the ones who leave in the summer and would add greatly to what we have now already under contract.

As for Boyd ? no thanks especially at the sort of money that Peterboro would want for him. imo.

I don't even think he is any good. Reminds me too much of Dave Bamber!

Come to think of it, Halmosi looked like a tramp as well. Since Halmosi 'went back to Hungary' this Boyd character has turned up on the scene.

I'm not saying they're the same person but, well yes I'm saying exactly that.

He plays on the wing as well, kind of like Snodgrass at Leeds so your guess was just as bad.

And by the way, **** off.
