If there are really high tech Alien races out there, and they knew about our polluting and evil ways and want to kill us, they would have stopped us by now.

Either they don't exist or they're still millions of light years away.

If there are Aliens near us then we can assume that they're not interested in killing us or they'd have done that already.

Besides, how the **** are we supposed to prepare for an Alien invasion or attack?

If they have the ability to travel as far as they have to our planet or at least to cloak themselves from our sight whilst being near enough to study us, how the **** are we supposed to defend against their technology?

If ****ing Humans have developed bombs that could destroy entire countries, and these are only the weapons we know about, not the ones the government have probably hidden in test labs, then what sort of weapons will the Aliens possess?

If we're struggling to get back to the damn moon, and they can travel light years or cloaks themselves from being detected, or both, then their weaponry and technology would be far too sophisticated for us to defend against.

With their advanced technology, they'd probably fire a single beam of energy and we'd not even know about it because we'd probably be vapourised before we could even blink.

 

Anyways, back to the original topic...

... which countries would be worst for theft and thuggery? I know places like Turkey would be terrible for that.

Just don't act like a **** and you'll most likely be safe anywhere. After all Syria is not in Europe, nothing to worry about.

 

Eastern Europe... Especially Bulgaria and Romania

 

Stay on the tourist areas and don't flash he cash and you should be quite safe.

Go to the right place at the right time.

Barbados can be great in Spring but in June - Sep it can be hell. After September of course they tend to have the rainy season when it's just deluge after deluge. December is probably the best time, rainy season is over and it's not too hot.

Acapulco can be the same, too hot sometimes and too wet sometimes. A nice place but of the two I preferred Barbados.
