They were class, they didn't stop singing, there was about 7k of them at Ewood Park and played a part in our win last night. I wish our support was like that at Old Trafford, maybe because some of our fans expect us to beat the sides we are facing at the moment, to me we have the best away fans in the world. Thoughts ?
"tHE cITY IS Ours" Unlike OT, our away fans are still the hardcore mancs massive, true representation of United fans and the passion of OT before the corporate crowd came in and started watching Utd for a day out. When my boy is old enough for his first United game about 2 years away, I'm taking him to an away game as OT is like a morgue at times I want him to feel and experience United as I did all those years ago.
The crowd at OT are there for a spectacle, a show....a theatre. Winning is too much of a habit and also the corporate thing.
The United fans at Blackburn were no different than any away game United play but for the fact that there were more than usual. We usually get our largest allocation for Blackburn ( excluding finals of course ) and the atmosphere was great but the atmosphere and general singing and banter is always great at United away games. I much prefer to watch us at away games ( apart from Klanfield where your likely to get showered in piss, thrown in plastic cups ) but it's not always possible to get a ticket in the ballot and many of the fans you see at away games don't go to Old Trafford. Anyway another step in the right direction last night , although it is never over until " the Fat Lady sings "but I'm sure I can hear her rehearsing !!!!!

SSN asked 5 United fans leaving the game last night whether they thought the league was won. Not a Manc accent between them.
Breaking news!! Manchester United's potential 20th League title means less since many fans don't come from Manchester. Cannot believe people actually still talk about this. Two of mate my work colleagues fly over to London many times a season to watch Spurs. So what?
Morning Eric **** wrong account - that was ment to be from Swarbs. ON TOPIC - our away support was fantastic last night but it always is at Blackburn
It's always good when you get a loud away crowd. We don't have one often but when we do, it actually does have an effect on the team. More so when there are 7000 of them
