Suffice to say not many of you got any points from Saturday's match. Predicting draws in the future may help but yet again we are still in the equation for the playoffs. Somebody up there likes us (or not if you count previous playoffs) So will this Easter weekend see us kick on and into the top six or stutter and finish our playoff bid?
Our first match in this bumper thread is Middlesbrough (A) who are currently outside the playoffs on goal difference. A big match. And our record against Boro recently isn't all that great since our surprise success at the Riverside in 2008. Lost the last two and on our current form a draw isn't much better though Boro have serious defensive injury problems. To the extent that Steven McManus has been recalled from his loan spell at the Bristol City. Hardly the most impenetrable defense in the league and he has already assisted in our win at Aston Gate earlier this season. Could that shove this on in our favor?
Our second opponents could be above us by the end of Easter Monday if they gain 3 points in Watford (H) and results go their way over the weekend. A respectable achievement considering they spent the start of the season in the drop zone. Unbeaten in 6 games but probably too far away to grasp the playoffs they will be looking to finish the season strongly. If they do finish above us what a kick in the teeth that could be for Malky....
Some of you were quite slow last time I did this just to remind you I need Two predictions from you. You dont have to post at the same time either just as long as its before the intended match. :)
    Good Luck.

As I might not be on much I will have to give both now.
Boro 2-0 Bluebirds (can't see us getting anything sadly)

1-1 at the riverside and 2-0 city win at the CCS still giving us a slight hope going into the final few games and putting me back on top off Div 1 LOL

Dom, I really hope you have the scores right, but I reckon if you are right with the goal scorer you may retire rich if you put a hundred on it :)
