Hi everyone. New member to this forum, good to be here. The reason for registering is that I am a final year student at Bournemouth University, currently undertaking research into the effect of marketing strategies used by English Football Clubs, and their resulting impact on fan loyalty. I know myself, as a Queens Park Rangers fan, how the choices made by a club can hugely affect the way the fans view their club, for better or worse. As part of my research the below questionnaire seeks to collect views of fans such as yourselves to create a discussion that clubs can use to better utilise their marketing work and more importantly improve overall fan loyalty. Welcome. You did the right thing posting this on general chat. The lads/lasses on here are very good to newcomers and will ease you in gently. I'm sure the Rangers fans will have some interesting viewpoints on how their club could have maybe looked after their interests better. As someone has already let you know, ER will help you no end, with helpful pics along the way.
I will happily post the 'general' findings back on here once the study is complete, hopefully prove a good read. But anonymity is assured.
