Just sat and watched the final 20 mins or so of Newcastle vs Liverpool. The Liverpool goalie is sent off for nothing and academy award winner John Perch (or Peach is it?) gets away scot free. The game is fooked when cheats like that Newcastle player can get away with that.

What has happened to the game? The sooner it spins around up its own backside, the better.

Isn't it funny that you can have an addiction and love something do much, that you also hate so bitterly. Just like drugs I guess.

just seen the replay of the 'penalty' as well. Simpson handled it. Wow.

How far offside was the bloke who scored the second goal? and the pundits are unanimous that it was a great performance by Newcastle. They cheated the win. What's so good about that?

Reminds me of the Hutton incident (Hull City v Sunderland) when the slimy feck went down with the suggestion Jozy had stuck one on him . To make it worse old fat sweed Bruce made out that Huttons face was almost unrecognisable . Hutton could be seen on post match footage grinning like a chief stokers cat with all his sh-t stained teeth still hanging off his gums . <grr>

Refs can stop that within a couple of weeks if they want, equally the FA could punish people retrospectively for stuff like that because refs can't see everything right first time.

The FA can sort almost all of the problems in our current game out very quickly, but they don't want to.

Yeah I remember that one. Bruce made out he was nearly dead but they he didn't even get a proper headbutt. They just leant against each other.

If Perch doesn't go down, then Reina doesn't even get a yellow card. I can't see Liverpool appealing, and if they did, the red card would still stand - so I don't think you can blame Perch too much. He has to go down, in order to get the 'current laws of the game' fulfilled.

Let's remember the Andy Carroll diving incident which the referee got spot on, when on first viewing, most people would have thought it was a penalty.

What do you expect ? The ref was Martin Atkinson and he is the worst PL ref now that Atwell is history. Just look at another of his other shockers this season. Rodwell sent off for Everton is another classic red card for nowt.

Reina will get his quashed i would expect and Perch Can be punished by the FA for his cheating. Yet another sad day for football and a sadder indichment of the sub- standard refs we have to put up with in the modern game. <grr> <steam>

Thankfully Chris Kamara has quit Sky Sports and is now being Fast Tracked to the refs. list. He confirmed this on Goals on Sunday yesterday.!!!! <whistle> ;)

In Italy they hand out bans retrospectively for such incidents, for example Adriano got a 3 match ban for a dive that won a penalty. That begs the question, if they can why cant the FA? Fifa / Uefa clearly dont stand in the way.

I am pretty sure your not allowed to do what Reina did.......

However Rosenior and a Leicester player did far worse and it went unnoticed.

The FA don't want to change anything ever. If they can get away with keeping everything as it is now forever they will do.
