To register a car from Ireland in the UK the taxes will need to be paid regardless. As far as I can see cars in NI are no cheaper.
I haven't actually had it valued but at a guess I would say 60000 to 70000 once renovated in this market. It's a 3 bed end terrace.
you would be suprised at the type of cars being driven around here, very suprised and I am not talking golf gti's Its actually quite funny, there is a house in a place called shelton which the guy who owns it has knockd down a wall for off road parking The car... a lotus The amount of Q7's and X5's is ridiculous with ferraris thrown in
shame you live so far away sam I currently have people on my books who could paint your whole house (thats doors, skirting, ceilings, walls) and still get change from £200 Do a good job aswell
Laugh all you like mate I have just has a 3 bed semi done top to bottom and it was less than £150 The terrace I had was carpeted upstair (2 bed) stairs, bit of hall and 2 living rooms for less than £200 The bathroom (although i did most myself) cost me just over £100 and that included the new suite
Poles? A couple of Poles done my Mas house for £200 a few months ago. Three of them in at 8am and they were finished at 5pm with everything tidied up and a cracking job done.
£100 for a completely new bathroom. And how the hell can you pay someone £150 to paint a whole house? Is another one of your jobs importing people illegally from Pakistan and paying them 50p/hour?
