Archbishop Conti has announced the following clerical changes to take effect later this month: Father Anthony Banzewicz stands down as Parish Priest at Corpus Christi, Scotstounhill, on health grounds. He will continue to serve the parish as Assistant Priest. Father Michael Conroy, Parish Priest of Our Lady and St Helen's, Condorrat becomes Parish Priest of Corpus Christi, Scotstounhill. Father Gerald Sharkey, until now assistant Priest at Our Lady and St Helen's and priest-in-charge at St John of the Cross, Twechar, becomes Parish Priest at Our Lady and St Helen's, Condorrat. Fr Paul Milarvie, Parish Priest of St Flannan's, Kirkintilloch, becomes, in addition, Parish Priest of St John of the Cross, Twechar. Fr Tom White, formerly Assistant Priest at St Mary's Abercromby Street, becomes Parish Priest of the same Parish, as well as Archdiocesan Chancellor and Archdiocesan Master of Ceremonies. Fr Gerald Sharkey and Fr Nicholas Monaghan have been appointed Assistant Diocesan Masters of Ceremonies.
