good it is 1 less mouth to feed. gt only went down the loan route because of the lack of activity from the bunch of lemons up front. now gornell has found where the net is perhaps collins may find it again soon.personally i would play young tom, pointless keeping the silver on display in the cupboard if we are trying to win more silver. go for tom, his time has surely come. come on graham give the lad a go at morecambe. floreat salopia. i have spent weeks making a case for nicki wroe, he rewards graham in 41 seconds. it can be done gt and young tom

Richards had already committed to Vale, but I guess it was worth a try. Personally, I don't like him as an individual but professionally, I admit he could have done a job.

    Nevertheless, it ain't happening.

    Atcham,
I would forget about Bradshaw for this season if I was you - he has been very disappointing and now is not the time to throw in a struggling young player - Collins and Morgan are still our best combination up front.

and what has happened to the young tom bradshaw who played for town at birmingham behind closed doors, 2 weeks ago. town won 1-0 and our young sherbert lemon scored. if gt is persisting with lemons up front, excluding jc, can we try some young sherberts ot at least hava a bum on the bench

Gornell almost scored today, so I wouldn't call him a lemon... yet!

    Atcham,
In the absence of Ainsworth coming back from loan we may well see Bradshaw on the bench. If he plays I hope he puts up a better performance than his last few efforts and can at least hold the ball though the other alternative (Sawyers) could not do that either last time he played.

If Sawyers plays give him your support as I think we'll find he's a great player just lost confidence in that game.

Sawyers may be a good player in a year or to but I cannot see GT pitching him into a blood and thunder match like this one. Anyone in a blue and yellow shirt giving maximum effort will always get my full support.

I would love to see that. Taylor's defensive work is something some of us (particularly me) take for granted, but I really noticed it on the weekend. Grandison was bombing forward and JT was covering, or Grandison was pulling inside like an extra CB and JT was covering - almost 5 at the back! That was very much a feature of the first half, less so in the second as both sat forward basically, but Grandison does seem much more inclined to drift inside when playing on the right - his natural position coming through. If he was on the wing, that wouldn't really matter so much, and McGlaughlin can play RB very well from what I've seen.

However, he wasn't on the bench on Saturday - Turner may just have wanted to get the most out of his 5 subs with one full back already on the bench.

What I'd imagine we'll see is either Sawyers starting (whom I do rate) or what Turner did on Saturday (Wright to the right, JJ on LM). The latter is less likely IMO since it's very defensive and only used to help us hold on for a win.
