i think this will be one of the few games in which we will slip up, 2-1 to hull. Definitely take a point

Hull is a town full of pirates and barbarians, they will attack us when we lower our anchors and burn our wooden spears if we go out all guns blazing and the ship will sink. The only way to achieve victory is to sneak around the back of the castle and go right through it and un-leash our guns when they least expect it. This approach, and this approach only will secure the victory we long for.

I'm with you on this one manmountain. I think there will probably be just the one goal in it either way. Hull are the most solid side in the league and play some nice football, we are the highest scorers and are pretty solid at the back. Tough one to call this but if we get away with a point it will be a good point in my books.

    I think we'll win 2-0 <ok>

I also think Adkins might freshen it up a bit

    Davis
    Richardson Martin Hooiveld Harding
    De Ridder Schneiderlin Cork Lallana
    Lambert Sharp

Subs: Fonte, Hammond, Puncheon, Lee, Fox

Win 1-2. Two early goals then a finger biting finish when hull get one back with 10 minutes left.

I can't see Hull scoring more than 1 - they don't score 2 or a more in a game very often. I'm going for 1-0 Saints - a cagey game with a moment of class from Lallana.

Strange statistics for Hull who have only scored 6 goals from the last 8 games and only conceded 3, as opposed to Saints who have scored 17 and conceded 4. I also see us winning 1-0 in another difficult away game with Rickie scoring.

Other than winning 3-0 in two of our last eight games, obviously.

So, basically you reckon that we will be get our wooden spears burnt if we go in all guns blazing. With you so far. But surely as long as the guns dont get burnt, does that matter? Also that we should sneak around the back. Before going straight through. But not with the spears? Wouldn't the spears be quieter if you are sneaking in?
Well, I am no expert on things maritime, but I reckon Pompey has all the anchors!

What I said is true - there was a stat on the FLS the other week that said you had only scored more than 1 twice all season (this is out of date now). But it is fair to say you are not full of goals. Saints have scored more goals at home than you have in total. And you drew 0-0 on Saturday.

We are definitely not full goals, if our strikers were performing as well as the rest of the team, then we'd almost certainly be in the top two.

Though the FLS are more than a little out of date, we've scored more than two goals eleven times this season(unless you were listening to the FLS in October, in which case they were correct). <ok>

I would celebrate a draw. Hull made us work for the win at SMS and i think the same will happen tomorrow. I hope for a draw at least but i reckon Hull might just nick this one 2-1. Hope i'm wrong!

    Lol. That's all I can say. re-arrange the words judge...own.....don't....your...by....standards....others :)

We'll be topping up your transfer kitty just a little more than you expect (although stranger things have happened) ;)

I would personally estimate close to 1000. Should start a guess the attendance. Prize is a half eaten biscuit mybaby daughter just dropped :)

    So for me I'll guess 999 :)

EDIT: Just thinking, maybe it's a policy around this area for the 'official' figures to be much reduced from the actual? or is that just Lincoln? I've been to games where we've had all the seats full and people sitting on the steps up the aisles plus sat on the gangway around the pitch before yet....official attendance 8000ish. lol Doesn't happen often of course but never seen an official 'Sell out'.

Can we trust the actual when it is announced :D

Channon, it’s a good point you make there. Spears would be more discreet and those pesky barbarians are often out hooning around, they probably would not see the spears until it’s too late. Ok, so around the back of the castle and approach through it with spears until we’ve passed the last line and then the guns. The guns then, yes? We must use our full arsenal at some point, it’s the only way to blow the pesky pirates to smithereens secure the chalice once more.
