I made a bet, but don't really understand it. I did a double on each way(?), with Finians rainbow who just won, and Moscow Mannon at 5:15. I guess they both have to win for me to win money? I put a fiver on, which then had to be £10 as I clicked each way (you can probably tell I know nothing of horses).
Super - the each way bit means that if your horse is placed i.e. 1st 2nd or 3rd you get 1/4 of the odds. (4th place counts if there are lots of horses in the race) As you already have a 4-1 winner you have £25 going on at 7-1 on your second horse. If it wins you get £200. If it is second or third you get a quarter of the odds on the double e.g( 0.25 x 4) = even money on the first horse therefore a tenner going on at (0.25 x 7) meaning you'd win 27.50 (your stake money gets added on). If both horses win, both the win element of the double and the each way element pay up so you'll win £227.50. If your second horses isn't placed you win diddly sqat. See. Easy Peasy!!!!! Depends on the size of the field and what bookies you use, if the field was 30+ the E/W element may be down to 4th so best to ask bookies
