I would of said Larsson, but since the Blackburn game I think he has dropped in form and therefore doesn't quite get it for me However our turn around with MON, was helped by the emergence of Mcclean, and for that reason, I believe he is the player of the season
There's a few who come to mind, McClean has been outstanding since given his chance and has certainly grabbed it with both hands. Brown was solid till getting injured, Ricco has been steady and shown he can raise his game under MON, Larsson has been a class above for me and as mentioned has suffered a slight dip in form but still playing reasonably well. Sess has been steadily improving all season and another who is shining under MON, will be invaluably going into the run in and comes a very close second. But for me, the outsanding performer so far this season is Bardsley, once again he's been rock solid wherever he has played, not the most naturally gifted player but what he lacks in talent, he more than makes up for in grit and determination and sheer balls. Got to be one of our best buys?
And i still don't think that we've seen the best of him yet, i'd like to see him and Campbell a run up front together, reckon they will be brilliant together.
It was there in case I missed some one you never know some one might think Bendy was the best of the lot!
