Campbell ....could be a legend for the club

    Bentner..Back to Arsenal, transfered elsewhere

Ji... out on Loan next season

Wickham..should make more starts next season

We need a another out and out striker, having said that, isn't every club

Plus Noble could be very handy to have as another option should his loan spells pay off as they did for Jack/Hendo

Haven't read any other post so purelymy opinion...

Campbell..............Will get his fitness levels right up next season, a big one for him.He will be here for sure.
Bendtner.............5m. I would take him as one of four strikers.
Ji.......................Get rid. A marketing exercise that is a little embarrassing.
Wickham.............Don't know, if fit could do well. (saying that. I hope to god he hasn't been fit up to now) Get fit, keep him. If he's as good as we have seen so far then 6 months loan to championship.

Need to but two striker's no matter what.

...Enjoyed reading all the valid points above ...Just want to make one observation about Richardson who some think had a bad game against Newcastle (I dont)....The point is "Isnt it great to have him?"... At a time when we`re light theres a player who can do a job...May even do him good to bee pushed into the "hole" if fit....you could see him nicking one for us at Everton couldnt you?...hes battle hardened and could do a job as a striker....

Campbell will be here for a very long time, and become a real idol to the fans.

Great attitude, good ability, and improving, the kind of lad any club can be proud of.

He'll never score loads though, 12 a season (which is smashing)

Bendtner off to Germany, then back to the UK with a mid-table club, promise never fulfilled.

Ji could go either way, but needs a lot of work on his awareness, on the fence with him personally.

Wickham will be coached on his first touch and movement, and will in time become a top class forward for us, i'm sure of it.

Campbell and Wickham are our future.

I think Bendtner will take the rich Russian money in the summer and Ji is nothing more than a PR exercise aimed at raising some Korean investment.

We will bring in a new striker in the summer imo to replace Gyan, Bendtner and Bent.

    Campbell: has SAFC Legend potential.

Bendy-Wendy? Don't be too hasty, he's not that bad and it's ****ing cold in Russia. He has to do A LOT more in the last xxx games (after current injury) to convince almost anyone. As of now, if he wants to stay in the world's best league, then he better get his **** together at Sunderland because we're his best chance of EPL at the moment. He has the skill to win the crowd over this season imho.

Big Dong: he's not bad! A bit like Noble, loan them out and tough them up a bit in the Fizzy Pop.

Wickham - and oops, that first touch let you down again son ...not sure about that one.

Campbell and Whickham have bright futures, Ji probably needs loaning out somewhere and Bendtner will go play in a mediocre foreign league (I genuinely believe Gyan will come back and look to make amends so you don't need Bendy).

Bendy or Gyan, well I'm sorry I'd take Bendy.

Campbell - Will stay with us a while and could become a 20 goal a season striker given the right service.
Bendtner - Will probably leave in the Summer and will always bee either a bench warmer or playing mid/lower table, I could see him doing well in Germany
Ji - Out on loan next season and this will be the making or breaking of him, he has talent but the jump from Korea to the EPL might be too big for him.
Wickham - This lad will be a class act in the future, he is only 18 and IMO will need another 2 years before we really see the best of him, but he seems to have a good attitude and MON to get the best out of him.

We will definitely sign a striker in the summer. I personally think MON will go for an older experienced player who can give us 3 decent years while Wickham comes of age. I am not sure who, but I would quite like to see us go for Grant Holt. I know he is not a glamorous name but he knows where the net is and is big and strong and works had. With Larsson, McClean and Sess supplying the Ammo I think he would score quite a few for us and he would also not upset the apple cart. Whoever comes in will not be guaranteed a start because Sess and Campbell will probably be first choice if fit next season.

    Me too.

    Vegas,

Decent shout on Holt, he's completely different, and causes mayhem.

Could be a smashing signing, and a great partner for Frazier.

In terms of signing a new striker, what about Giroud from Montpellier? Highly rated, young and cheap.
