Hi, I've noticed that Mr B Fred is doing a moneyback offer like PP but on Darlan in the first race, surely there is money to be made on backing the others in order to guarantee a profit on it.in what I see as a very comptitive race, it may be ther sensible way to go I order to kick start the funds for the rest of the festival!
Terrible offer IMHO - I think Darlan's price is an absolute joke, I would lay him in the place market all day. He's a bridle horse. Hardly an offer of the same calibre as Paddy Power's - at least they are "taking on" a real hot favourite.
It's a good offer except for one crucial problem: "For internet and telephone money back will be paid as a free bet".
Embarrasing, bit of an own goal for Baldy IMO - firm would have retained more credibility by doing no offers...
I always find it immensely annoying when these offers are referred to as 'money-back'. In the case of the Paddy Power offer you do get your money back, but you don't here so the name is very misleading.
yeah i thought that too with the offer back as free bets!! surely a money back offer should be simply that, money back!!! but sayin that, if using the right calculations as per the PP offer, if you think Darlan will get beat which i firmly beleive, you'll be making money if you select the rest of the field.
So that's the bookies out to get Darlan and Sprinter Sacre. I haven't see any offers on Hurricane Fly though.
