Kelly seems a decent player only seen him a couple of times though as for the other two not too sure. They look like 10 year olds playing footy with a pub team of 30 year olds if you know what I mean. As for your big money signings I think Henderson will come good given a bit of time, Carroll is not a Liverpool type of player just don't think he has the mobility or skill. With a team like the barcodes or us even he would probably be a World beater again, Adam has lost it a bit over the last few games I've seen of him a shadow of the player he was at Blackpool maybe it's the same sort of syndrome that Carroll has. Playing the Liverpool way is totally different from what most other teams play like.
I think Stevie always looked the part from 18 on tbh. Lots of drive, a bit too rash in the challenge which he learned to curb ( to an extent). You could see he was going to make it. Carra was definitely slower to develop. Gerrard will be very hard to replace. You can't always replace like for like- you have to change your game and play to the strengths you have.

So I'm not allowed to think that Sunderland will win? It's a tough place to go to and Liverpool probably won't get many chances so they will have to make the most of the few chances they do get (which they have struggled to do this season).

Coady is more likely than Spearing to be the next driving force in our midfield. Class act for the reserves. I like Spearing alot though, he just hasn't got the same 'umph'.
We do have a number of promising youngsters who are on the verge of the squad. However, I think that we may have to loan them out for a season or two to see if they can make the grade.
