I have the same thoughts as Stick about the Sandown mares bumper. She rates a good each way bet.

In the Imperial Cup I'm on Celtus at 14/1 each way.

    Good luck lads.

Just looked at Naas tomorrow and the Directors Plate looks like a great race with Flemenstar and Bog Warrior taking on Rathlin.

I wouldn't read too much into what was said on the morning line. I think it was a little misleading to be honest. They said "he goes for the Albert Bartlett" when what they meant was "he is likely to go for it", but not yet certain.

Any prices up yet? Sporting Life tissue has Flemenstar 13/8 - if that's anywhere close I'll be all over him. 2m4f on soft will be right up his street <ok>

Could anyone else give Chesil Beach Boy a chance in the Imperial Cup? He's up 9lbs and in grade but he won with any amount in hand last time. Mrs Roberts is no Ruby Walsh but he looks a character and the big field contest could be just up his street seeing as he does absolutely nothing in front. He looks overpriced at 33/1.

I've had a look at the Sandown card and I don't see how anyone can claim with any confidence who's going to win in the handicaps. A case can me made for about 3/4's of the field in every single one.

"There has been a big move for Eleven Fifty Nine in the mares bumper (3.50), and she's now as short as 15-8 from as big as 6-1".

it wasnt me that passed it on though mate !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Not totally without hope, nothing is in this.

I actually mused over whether to have a small e/w dabble on Monetary Fund at 80's.
