to be fair you also caught me at a very good time because i never thought for once looking at the team sheet we'd even get a draw tonight. the added bonus of listening to local bbc 606 and all the scummers compain about their team makes me even happier.
ahh fair enough. yeah you lot (not you personally) were walking down vic road before the match shouting that at the top of their lungs. one solitary copper walks towards them and they all shut up. funny as hell (or rather the irony of today's result compared to vs saints)
Just saying to a mate, who phoned, how the Championship is so unpredictable. Pundits may say that the Premier League is the best in the World, and arguably it is for quality, although Spain, Italy, etc.., probably match it, at least. But for sheer bloody excitement and competition the Championship is bloody hard to beat.
Put it this way then, if ManU needed to overcome, say Fulham, at home, to go top, do you think there would be any question at all whether they would do it or not..? No, neither do I. The truth is, the competition in the PL is pathetic up against the Championship.
I did say to twixter, or whatever he's called, the other night, to keep bantering on because when his own team let him down there would be an almighty noise from this neck of the woods. So far, I think we've been kind. Besides, word has it, he's just a WUM.
So SaintsFanAlex, it was YOUR FAULT West Ham scored, eh..? http://www.not606.com/showthread.php/129486-That-My-Friends-Is-How-You-Win-Away I've a good mind to put it in the scapegoat thread too..!
Don't mistake good behaviour for lack of passion, at the price of tickets these days, the last thing you want is to be hauled off to the nick when you would rather be watching your team winning away, what do you think?
Im here, I fookin hate playing at home, bring on leeds maybe we will get 3 points after all it is away,, The trouble is it looks like both us and saints are beginning to feel the pressure from Reading, i am praying Leicester can take a couple of points of Reading. All the best Brooking
Morning again Brooking. I guess I was wrong about neither of us dropping points. The big winners this week are Reading. They have to stop winning soon though. Don't they????
Morning Qwerty, I bloody hope so it would be a shame if one of us slipped up now although i would back us or saints to win the play offs but i for one dont want to go down that road, All the best, Brooking
i Was at the game last night for anyone wondering if I was hiding. Bus replacement service for train maintenance at Witham meant I didn't get home til 2am to round off a disappointing night. We seem to have a problem where we win the easy games at home but win the tough away ones. Disappointing but we are still in the stronger position and I think we will still finish above you and Reading. COYI
Actually I don't mean that either. i mean draw the easy games at home. I dont cope well with late nights.
