What a game,What a game, Having just viewed the stats, on the BBC 606, they must have been watching a different game, several of the Newcastle players were lucky to have stayed on the pitch and yet matty got booked because of that man Barton,s reaction to a slight nudge.

I like the Newcastle fans because they are like us, even when they are losing they just keep singing there heads off, and they brought a good following.

Were not safe yet five more points and we should be , I,d shout but I have lost my voice for the second week in a row

2 more wins and we're safe. Great performance, especially second half.

Well aint it nice to come on here and say well played StoKe ...
I thoroughly enjoyed the game and we were playing great football and the confidence was back .. it was there for all to see.
I just wish our KJ would score to get his confidence high again but he put in a very good battling performance considering Campbell could nt get off his back all afternoon ... big overweight buffoon .
    Looking forwarrd to tonight now

No problem Murray and you'll be pleased to hear we gave that horrid human being Barton loads and he didn't seem to like it!! He made a bit of a gesture at the Stoke fans after we gave him stick for rolling around on the floor.

We've been saying that for weeks, let's hope we both get them.

Well done today, off to get drunk.

The only fans this season so far to throw coins and bottles though. Pennant was coined taking a corner and after the final whistle a half full coke bottle thrown into block 10 that hit a young kid 4 seats away from me!

Thank you Stoke. Fantastic result (your best in the PL someone said) and you've set our weekend up nicely. Good luck in the semi.

    No problem Roker.

So was I and a lot of other Stokies but I guess we should be used to it. Match of the Day (Alan Hansen aside) have never been our biggest fans and we've often got shafted to near the end of the programme regardless of what the game was like.

Some people are very sad over Barton. Well played Stoke, but no way was it a '4-0' so to speak.

As for falling over from just a nudge, since you despise Barton for this and want him killed, add your keeper to that list! Some baffling decisions from Lee Mason, Tiote's yellow card being one, winning the ball and is now banned for two games!

Fuller kicked Barton, anything said about it? Will anything be done about it? Of course it won't, if the shoe was on the other foot though.

As I said, well played Stoke, we had the majority of possession yet couldn't do anything, our only positive is young Ferguson.

And for the comment about throwing coins and bottles, your fans aren't exactly the nicest. I was speaking to a Stoke fan after the game saying well done, he was nice, but a few arseholes over heard me and started getting in my face abusing me and my mates, mainly about Barton. Swings and roundabouts n all that.

    <ok>

Want him killed? That's a little over the top don't you think? Asmir was a little too dramatic I admit, something I don't expect of him. Fuller on the other hand, that's the sort of thing I do expect from him, he can be a real tosser at times. Pulis will definitely "have a word" with Fuller, he doesn't stand for such nonsense. He isn't afraid of bollocking his players for doing something he doesn't like.
