Pardew and O'Neill have set the theme for next seasons meeting,

Love-Respect-Friendship, cant see it, can you?

Shearer, a man I don't like agreeing with but on this occasion I do, last nights MOTD2..

A proper old fashioned derby, yellow cards, red cards, penalties and passion.

Say what you like, it was one hell of a game to watch.

Shearer picked Campbells goal, as goal of the month too.

A few years back when I travelling down to London by train for a game, Shearer was in our carriage (1st Class of course), and I ended up having a long conversation with him. He is actually quite sociable, and we parted company with a handshake.

You never know eh! He actually instigated the conversation after the train passed through Peterborough. I think he appreciated the fact that we didn't let on the hordes of Sunderland fans that were further down the train that he was there..

You advocate violent conduct, surprising. Was it not you who also advocated foul mouthed abuse of officials last night? Really disappointing.

Absolutely not, but when I see someone lauding someone for violent conduct, there is hardly anything on this forum more deserving of a <doh>
