    What are your thoughts on a 'fund raising' friendly betwen Rangers and Pompey?

    http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/17260613

    Do you think it will happen? If so, when do you think it will be?

    The venue? Ibrox or Fratton Park?

    Where, why, who plays and if they get injured the FL will not allow Pompey more loans. Sorry chaps I think this is a rotten idea. Now a 3 way competition with Rangers, PFC and Saints (maybe 2x20mins each match) held at St Marys so minimal cost for the stricken clubs (well there's always the travel) might get more interest. Also more valuable items locally for liberation.

    I think Pompey V Darlington is a better bet, Rangers have bigger fish to fry.

    The proceeds from this will end up in the same vault as the Haig Foundation money

    <laugh>

    Whatever Pompey do, they'd better not let Rangers "look after the cash until the second leg" <laugh>

    I think it's a good idea. I'd like to see it played at Ibrox. There would be a good following from down South bearing in mind what it's all about. The clubs have always had a good relationship over the years and we've now got more in common than just the red,white and blue! So bring it on and let's seal a firm friendship in these difficult times for both clubs. <ok>

    Worth stealing? Nothing, it's already been stolen! I suppose you can have the reasonably new lead off the Milton end?
