come on red don't you put a paper umbrella with a orange slice and cherry sail in your carling shandy?
so ... anyone else think that chelsea were a bit rash sacking the manager so late in the season and with the transfer window well and truely shut? I mean yes the buck stops with the boss, and he alone selects (though with chelsea I'm not quite sure) the team, but it is that team that is still going to be there till the end of the season, and is them that should be made more accountable. He might not have been mentally strong enough to be the right man for the job, but 8 months into his tenure is that enough to judge him, surely they could of kept till the end of what is left of this season, and then recruited the what they feel is the right person, and not what the some of the players there feel is right. Anyway keeps the news of us for a change. - "us" as in United and youse loT!
Mornin all, Mancini called the United win, he knows his team will need to be at their best until the end of the season as United won't slip away. As for us, that game summed up our season. I don't see us getting fourth, even though we have played everyone 2x in the top 6 except Chelsea I believe, so we have a good run to go with, but we just don't have the killer instinct this year to get 4th. 10 points, even with the game in hand is a lot and who knows what direction chelsea will go after sacking AVB. Top weekend though, got to see loads of my ex-teammates from Uni and got pretty ****ing drunk . Cachaca= 2 day Hangover.
Bitter, me? What have I got to be bitter about. Could not stand United, even before they started winning things. C'mon, play along nicely now!
Sugar cane, cachaca, and lime with crushed ice.... one of the most refreshing drinks ever but will get you ****ed up quick! It was rainy and cold so we just did shots, which was probably worse!
Right. First day at the new office today. Sunny Wilmslow. Slug and Lettuce right next door. No Carling, but Fosters at, wait for it; £2.50 a pint. Quite incredible for Wilmslow, I would have thought. What say you tunns, nancy 'Shire boy?
Half a carling with a sambuca in the bottom twist of squirrels tears, angostura bitters.. (though scouse spit works just the same) garnished with a ocelots spleen..
£2.50? what was it an 80's retro night? have a drive out to the Wizard at Alderley top pub, especially in good weather! they have smoked swan scratchings on the bar!
