fair result in the end, gutted we couldn't hang on but really pleased with how the lads played in the first half then the way they battled in the second.

everyone was fantastic but Bendtner was outstanding, best I have seen him play, his holding up of the ball was fantastic

should of made it 2-0 just before Sess got sent off when Larsson had a chance then McClean on the rebound. Think a more experienced player would of put there laces through it as he had atleast half of the goal open to him.

Sess let us down not just for today but for the massive game that is the FA Cup fixture at Goodison in a few weeks and Catts getting sent off after the final whistle.

Ref was outstanding, never put a foot wrong.

Tiote is embarrassing, for a so called hard man to act the way he did just shows how the game has changed when you think of the likes of Roy Keane.

Pardew, what an utter ****! See him celebrating to MoN when they won the penalty, bet he was gutted when the Mig saved it.


All in all a good derby and a point that if was offered to me before kick off I would of taken it

Draw was alright for us, considering what happened, and the refs get 'bought' by the way the mags shout for the slightest thing. untill we switched off in the second half, i think Martin has to get better players on the subs bench in the summer.
 
Draw was a disastrous result for me, 27 shots on goal and the one scored? We dominated like we have never dominated in ages... out of 27 we should of scored at least a handful.
 
12 on target, statistically I think we score half of our shots on target so a 6-1 win wouldn't of been unjust at all.

Yes, agree. He probably would've scored an Arsenal-4-4-esque cracker again and we would have won. You're totally right, I agree.

The Mackems are making a big deal out of this result, when all they have done is to make a messy farce of what is supposed to be the 'beautiful game'. The sending off was harsh, but, let's face it, they'll always find some reason to add to their already considerable bitterness.
